In short

What is continuous regulatory testing?

Continuous regulatory testing is the practice of re-testing an institution's regulatory position as its products, volumes, partners, states and environment change.

A decision is tested once; a position drifts continuously. Volume mix moves, a partner changes behaviour, a new state goes live, a federal expectation shifts — each can invalidate an assumption that a prior decision relied on.

Continuous testing means deciding, at the point of approval, what would have to change for the answer to change, and then watching those specific things instead of re-running the whole analysis annually.
