Company
We are building the layer that makes regulatory consequences testable.
Reglator is a US-domiciled company building regulatory simulation infrastructure for US finance. We started in the United States because the federal and state structure makes regulatory consequence the hardest part of any product or expansion decision.
Why we exist
Financial services became programmable. Regulatory decision making did not.
Products can change in a sprint. Markets can be entered digitally. Transaction models can be redesigned in software. But the regulatory consequences of those changes are still assessed slowly, in documents, after the decision has been made.
We think that is backwards. The regulatory consequence should be testable before the business goes live.
How we work
Principles
Computational, not advisory
We build infrastructure. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.
Confidence over confidence tricks
Where an answer is uncertain, we say so and show why.
Institutional restraint
Financial institutions do not need theatrics. They need precision they can defend internally.
Expertise in the loop
Validation by practitioners in the specific federal or state environment is part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
Founding capability
Built at the intersection of regulated finance and computational systems.
Reglator combines experience across financial services, regulatory architecture, complex-systems modelling and technology entrepreneurship.
That combination is fundamental to the product. Regulatory simulation requires an understanding of how financial institutions operate, how business decisions change regulatory position — and how that relationship can be simulated.

Why Reglator can be built
Regulatory simulation requires three disciplines to work as one system.
Financial regulation, institutional modelling and computational infrastructure. Reglator is being built at that intersection, which is where the founding capability sits.
Regulatory expertise alone
Can interpret regulation but does not necessarily create computational infrastructure.
Software expertise alone
Can build systems but does not necessarily understand how regulatory outcomes change.
Financial-services experience alone
Understands institutional operations but does not necessarily simulate regulatory outcomes.
Reglator requires all three.
US federal and state environments are modelled with US expert validation in the loop.
Where we are
Early, deliberately.
We are working with a small number of design partners across US payments, stablecoin infrastructure and embedded finance. Each partner brings a real decision: a state they are evaluating, a product they want to build, or an operating model they need to change.
If that describes a decision on your desk, we would like to hear about it directly.
